Refund policy

Returns
We hope that you love your items, but in the event that you need to return goods we operate a 'No Quibble' return policy. Goods may be returned within thirty days of receipt for a refund/replacement (the latter subject to availability). Full instructions are on the packing note enclosed with your goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - preferably in the original packaging, and with tags still intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning goods, and we recommend obtaining a Certificate of Postage from the Post Office to cover you in the unlikely event of items being lost in the post.
