These beautiful coasters have been hand made under Fair Trade conditions in India. Lacquer is applied to an mdf base, on top of which a droplet of coloured paint is blown to create the starburst effect. No two coasters are the same!
There are five colours to choose from: purple, magenta, green, turquoise and red. We have decided to sell them individually so that you can choose whether to stick with one colour or to mix and match.
The supplier is a not-for-profit organisation that works with disadvantaged artisans to help them to adapt their skills to create items that appeal to customers worldwide.
